RECOVERY ACTION PLAN
TOP TIP No 4: YOUR RECOVERY ACTION PLAN
Your recovery isn’t about giving anything up; it’s gaining knowledge and understanding. This is so exciting; your pathway through recovery will bring hundreds of new revelations every day. You may even find you like some of them that you never knew you had, tucked away in your bottom draws.
YOU TOO CAN CHANGE… NOW
Many of my recovered clients say they can't remember what it feels like to be bulimic. They’ve changed in so many ways:
- they no longer have urges to binge and purge.
- their brain chemistry has changed, and food is to be eaten and enjoyed.
- their leprechaun has slipped into a dark hole, never to be seen again.
This may seem impossible to you right now, but this can and will happen to you once you make that decision now to change and follow each step in the book to freedom.
IT’S TIME TO MAKE A RECOVERY ACTION PLAN
It’s time to incorporate all the advice, guidance, and learning you’ve read in this book and create your very own action plan.
In the table below, complete what you specifically need to change and then what you’re going to do differently to help you make your action plan.
