What would life look like?

Your mind, emotions, and body are connected! If your mind can't visualize and see your outcome, then your feelings can't connect with it. So, it's time to use your imagination and visualize how you're going to look, feel, and think in your positive future.

Many of my new clients, when thinking about their future, have a completely blank screen; they can only see their bulimic behaviors ahead of them. If this is how it is for you, then now is the time to learn to visualize your future free from all your debilitating behaviors.
